What kinds of projects do you take on?

We build custom homes and handle additions, whole-home renovations, kitchens, baths, basements, decks, outdoor living spaces, closets and garages. We don't take on handyman or small repair work.

Is there a minimum project size?

We don't have a set minimum. We review every project to make sure we're the right fit for your needs.

How do I get started? Do you offer free consultations?

How soon can you start a new project?

We can begin as soon as we've agreed on the scope and details of your project. Permit timing can also affect the start date.

Do you offer financing?

Yes. Financing is available through a third-party lending partner, subject to credit approval. Ask us about it during your consultation.

How much does a kitchen remodel cost?

Kitchen costs depend on the size of the space, the finishes you choose and local permit requirements. We'll give you a detailed estimate after a site visit.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

How much does a custom home cost per square foot?

New custom homes start at around $200 per square foot, depending on size and finishes. We'll provide a detailed estimate once we understand your plans.

Do you offer fixed-price or cost-plus contracts?

We offer both, depending on what works best for your project.

What is your payment schedule?

Payment schedules depend on the project and follow industry standards. Your schedule will be clearly laid out in your contract.

Is the estimate free?

Yes, in most cases. Detailed proposals that require special design work or instructions may require a retainer.

How long does a kitchen remodel take?

It depends on the scope of work, material lead times and how quickly permits are issued. Some of these factors are outside any contractor's control, so we'll give you a realistic schedule once the scope is set.

How long does a custom home take to build?

Most custom homes take six months to a year. The schedule depends on scope, materials, permitting and financing.

Do you handle permits and inspections?

Yes. We pull all required permits and schedule every inspection.

Do you have an architect or designer, or do I need my own?

We work with trusted architects and can help design your renovation. If you already have an architect or design team, we're happy to work with them to build your home.

Can we live in the house during the renovation?

It depends on the size and scope of the project. We'll talk through what to expect during your consultation.

Who will be my main point of contact?

You'll have a dedicated project manager as your main point of contact from start to finish.

Can I buy my own materials or fixtures?

Yes, as long as they meet local building codes.

Do you build on my lot, or do you have lots available?

We do both. We can build on a lot you already own or help you with one of our available lots.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes. Warranty terms depend on the type of work and the materials used.

What happens if something goes wrong after you finish?

We stand behind our work. If something comes up after the project is complete, contact us and we'll address it.

Can I see past projects or talk to past clients?

Absolutely. Talking to past clients is one of the best ways to choose a builder, and we're happy to provide references when you're ready to decide.

Do you do small repairs or handyman work?

No, we don't take on handyman or small repair jobs. We focus on custom homes, additions and renovations.

Do you do commercial projects?

Yes, we take on commercial projects as well.

Do you speak languages other than English?
